Puppies Are 4 Weeks Old Today Big, Healthy, and Full of Personality
The puppies are four weeks old today, and this litter is really starting to come to life. They are up on their feet, running around the kennel, barking, playing, and coming to greet us when we walk in. This is the stage where their personalities really start to show, and it’s always one of the most fun times for us here at Bama Huskies.
We have several really nice ones in this litter, and over the next few days we will begin working down the waiting list to start getting puppies placed. As always, we go in order and do the best we can to match each puppy with the right home. We know this is an exciting time for everyone on the list, and we appreciate your patience while we go through the process.
The puppies have started eating puppy food now and are doing very well with it. Mom is still taking good care of them, but they are becoming more independent every day. Once they reach this age, they grow fast and change almost daily.
This is also a big, chunky litter of puppies, and they are all strong, healthy, and full of energy. We like to see them this way at four weeks old because it shows they are getting the nutrition they need and off to a great start in life.
Over the next couple of weeks we will continue socializing them, feeding them solid food, and getting them ready for vet checks and the next stage of development.
