Ice Puppies Are 4 Weeks Old – Personalities Starting to Show
The Ice litter is 4 weeks old today, and this is the point where things really start getting fun around the kennel. The puppies are doing very well and are right on track for their age. They are starting to play with each other, bark, wrestle, and come running to the front of the kennel as soon as they hear someone walk in. This is the stage where they stop acting like newborns and start acting like real husky puppies.
At four weeks old, their personalities begin to show more every day. Some are bold, some are more laid back, and some already think they run the place. This is also when they start getting much more vocal, which is no surprise for huskies. If you have ever owned one, you know the talking starts early.
The puppies have now started eating puppy food and are doing very well with the transition. They are growing fast, getting stronger every day, and becoming more active. This is an important stage in their development because they are learning independence while still relying on their mom for comfort and guidance.
Ice is being a very good mother and is still very cautious with her litter. She does not want to go far from the kennel right now and will not leave the puppies for very long. Even though they are getting bigger, her instincts are still strong, and she keeps a close watch on everything going on around them. This is exactly what we like to see from a good mom. We are about to start contacting people for pics soon.
