You can find this question asked a lot on the internet today with a quick search. You will also find a lot of different answers for prices too. So how much should a husky puppy cost? That all depends on the breeder, bloodline, and quality of the puppy. I have sometimes encountered people who ask me how much our huskies cost and when I tell them they act like I just slapped them. Then I hear how they just seen one for 150.00 in the newspaper so I am selling our puppies way too high. That’s a nice try but your not going to get the same quality puppy that we sell for 150.00. By the time you AKC register a puppy, get a health check from the Veterinarian and give it puppy shots and de-wormed, you almost have that much in a puppy to begin with. Then we fully back our puppies with a health guarantee from health issues. We guarantee our puppies because we know they come from a healthy bloodline.

Backyard breeders won’t give you a health guarantee in writing. They also won’t take the dog back should your situation change and you’re no longer able to care for your dog. They just add to the already populated dog pounds and rescue centers. Please don’t support backyard breeders who only care about flooding the market with sub-par dogs. It’s not fair to the dog or the new owner to get a puppy that more than likely will have health problems.

A good quality Siberian husky puppy with cost way more than 100 bucks. Low end around 800.00 to more than 1800 depending on the quality and reputation of the breeder and bloodlines. Our huskies cost 1200.00 so we are in a happy medium for price. I think it’s a very fair price for a quality puppy that’s been socialized and comes from champion bloodlines and backed by a health guarantee. If we had a puppy we thought was not up to par, we would get it fixed and then find it a good home. So if you’re looking for quality husky puppies don’t go looking for cheap puppies. You may get way more than you bargained for. And then what will you do with it? Most just drop them off at an animal shelter. You have lost your money and the shelter has gained yet another dog it didn’t need nor has the space to keep. Most dogs die in shelters and very few get adopted. If you do this, you just become part of the backyard breeders cycle of hopeless dogs.
