Snow is a wonder mother, and her husky puppies are doing great. They have been more active over the last week. They will still spend a lot of time sleeping and growing but they are chewing on each other and learning to play. They should start drinking water and eating some puppy mash this coming week. Most common questions we get about the husky puppies:
- Are they blue eyed? We expect mostly blue eyes from this litter. They are all blue eyed when they are born and we will know more at 5 weeks if they may change or not.
- Are they Vaccinated before they go home? Yes they will have received their first round of shots. You will be responsible to continue the rest of the puppy shots. They will need 3 more sets about 3 weeks apart.
- Will they have a shot record? Yes we provide their shot record.
- Will they be checked by a licensed veterinarian? Yes all our puppies get a final health check from our vet at 6 weeks and a health paper will be issued on each one.
- What age do you let them go home? They can start going home around 7 to 8 weeks. We always post the dates at the 5 week mark when we do the pictures.
- What food will they be eating? We use Royal Canin puppy medium and we can provide you a coupon for about 30 dollars off a bag. Just email us and ask.
- Are they Akc registered? Yes they will come with Akc registration paperwork. Limited meaning no breeding rights unless we have approved the sale of full registration. We only do that if you’re a legit breeder we feel comfortable with and its still rare that we do.
- Can we come pick our puppy in person? Yes if you can get here in the time frame needed we welcome and encourage it. I can’t hold a whole litter up until it’s 8 weeks old just for you to make a pick. That would put us weeks behind as other have to be contacted and make decisions too. Then plan a trip and most people live 8-15 hours away so there is much planning involved for most families.
- Do they come with a health guarantee? Yes they do see our puppy health guarantee page for more into.
- Do you offer boarding? Yes we do just call for current rates. Please try to check a few weeks in advanced when possible as we fill up fast on certain months and during holidays.
