Faced with unspeakable tragedy, Jim helped us find a bit of light amidst our profound sadness in the form of another beautiful puppy to pair with the previous puppy we got from him whose littermate was taken from us due to a careless error in judgment made by our vet. Jim was there for us from ground zero all the way through the eight weeks we waited to come and get our new companion. This was much more than just another sale to him. He truly felt for us in our time of grief and did everything he could to try and help us feel whole again. For that, we will always be grateful.
